Vet Bisa (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "Vet Bisa") is an online sports betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Vet Bisa website (vetbisa.ws) and its associated mobile applications.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless Vet Bisa expressly permits it under special circumstances.
• Odds displayed on Vet Bisa may change in real time. The odds shown at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final.

• Placing multiple opposing bets on the same event from a single account (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits will be displayed alongside each event.

Vet Bisa reserves the right to conduct its own investigation and make a final decision on any disputed betting outcome. Official results of sports events serve as the basis for settling bets on Vet Bisa.

Vet Bisa supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The payment rules are as follows:

• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 72 business hours.

• Each user may use any promotional offer only once.

• If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, Vet Bisa reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vet Bisa:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automation software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing or inside information.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Vet Bisa's systems.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users or Vet Bisa staff.
• Attempting to claim support or initiate chargebacks using false information.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above gives Vet Bisa the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

Vet Bisa may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

When an account is closed in the normal course, any verified balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited. To request account closure, contact support@vetbisa.ws.
